Located in the heart of NW Arkansas, Pleasant Crossing is where the region comes together for lifestyle retailing and power center shopping in a unique atmosphere. Merchandised to accommodate the growing needs and current lifestyles of NW Arkansas’ residents, Pleasant Crossing delivers a retailing destination tailored to the evolving shopping demands of this region.

Ground breaking has occurred on 302,000 square feet of lifestyle/town center shopping, as well as a 500,000 square foot power center. Designed to provide easy access, visibility, and parking, Pleasant Crossing features a pedestrian friendly main street incorporating retail, entertainment and dining destinations, as well as landscaping, water features, and public spaces to create a truly unique sense of place.

Location: Buffalo, NYName of Development: The Aud at Cross Roads


In 2002, Bos Group received designated developer status from the City of Buffalo, Erie County, and the State of N.Y. to lead the development of the mixed-use, multi-phased Buffalo Inner Harbor Redevelopment. Bos Group worked with the appropriate agencies to establish a substantial and mutually beneficial public financing component. Included in this multi-phased development plan are designs to redevelop the historic Buffalo Memorial Auditorium into a 300,000 square foot retail/entertainment/dining destination. Subsequent phases include several adjacent properties totaling an additional 700,000 square feet of retail, office, residential and hotel space.

Working with the State of Alabama and the City of Leeds, Bos Group formed a public/private partnership with the focus of bringing a 350,000 square foot, Bass Pro Shops anchored retail/entertainment/dining lifestyle center to the area. Bos Group identified an ideal location and has led a group of consultants to provide the city with a compelling development plan to attract this much sought after tenant.
